For Massive Productivity, Maximize Your ‘Peak Time’!

To be more effective with your time, do your most important high leveraged tasks at your peak time. The graph below shows a common focus and alertness curve. To benefit from how we humans are wired, pay attention to when you are most alert and protect this time for the most important tasks in your business. Do less important tasks during your slump times, which tends to be after lunch.

I find that I can get 2-3X more accomplished during my peak time, which goes from 5am on into mid-morning. FYI, be aware that a caffeine buzz can make your peak time harder to spot (no judgment here, just saying).
